Blossoming Lotus Kauai Chef Mark Reinfeld was honored to receive a Platinum Carrot Award in Aspen, Colorado and to teach a cooking class and prepare a signature dish for the Healthy Gourmet Fest Tasting Dinner.
The Aspen Center for Integral Health created the Healthy Gourmet Fest to recognize "trailblazing and innovative chefs" that are part of the fastest growing trend in American cuisine: serving organic, fresh, regional foods with gourmet flair.
